Please note: The exact size of the chiffon cake is difficult to determine, as the base tapers toward the top. Measurements are taken at the widest point (middle) and are for reference only. For a more accurate idea of cake size, please refer to the suggested number of pax (servings).
Flavours There are 8 chiffon cake flavours available at Nom Nom Chiffon, grouped into 4 flavour categories. Each flavour is priced under either the Standard or Premium tier. Care Guide Cakes are best consumed on the day of collection for optimal freshness. Here’s how to keep your cake fresh and fluffy.
📦 Upon Receiving: • Check the cake condition after collection or delivery. • If you’re not serving it immediately, store it in the fridge.
❄️ Storage: • Refrigerate Right Away: Keep your cake in an airtight container in the fridge. • Our cakes are made fresh with no preservatives, so enjoy them within 2 days.
💡 Special Note for Naked Cakes (0%, 25%, 50% frosting): • Best enjoyed on the day of delivery. Without frosting to lock in moisture, they can dry out faster. • If saving for later, keep it in the fridge and enjoy within 2 days. For the softest texture, let it sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
🕒 Serving Tips: • Always serve at room temperature. Take the cake out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
🧾 Leftovers: • Store any leftover slices in an airtight container. • Try to finish naked cakes by the next day for the best taste and texture.
Packaging If you’ve ordered a 5” or 7” cake, it will come packed in a cooler bag and one candle (excluding 0% naked chiffon cakes). If you’ve added Sharing Boxes to your order, the bite-sized goodies will also be packed in a cooler bag. This is to help ensure the quality of your bakes is maintained upon arrival at your celebration venue.
Allergen Our chiffon cakes contain common allergens such as eggs and wheat (gluten). Our 0% naked chiffon cakes are dairy-free, but cakes with more frosting may contain dairy, especially when chocolate is used in the decoration. Please note that as we are a home-based bakery, all cakes are prepared in an environment where nuts and soy may be present. If you have a severe allergy, we advise against consuming our products for your safety.
Halal-Certified? While we are not officially halal-certified, we use halal-friendly ingredients and do not use pork, lard, alcohol, or gelatine in our bakes.
Customisation When you choose “Customise Cake,” simply pick your favourite flavour and share your ideas with me! Just drop me a WhatsApp message to chat about your inspiration, and I’ll bring it to life with my creative touch.
Please note: Once details are confirmed, no refunds or last-minute design changes can be made. For a simpler option, you can opt for a custom cake topper. If you’d like to feature special characters or a themed look, I recommend going with a simple cake design (e.g. 25% or 50% frosting) and adding your own toppers.
