Step 2: Select Date, Delivery Method & Time Slot
Choose your celebration date and how you’d like to receive your cake:
• Self-collection at 182 Bishan Street 13 – Free
• Self-collection at Bishan MRT (Exit D) – Free
• Islandwide delivery via Third-Party Courier – $20 flat rate

Bulk or Corporate Orders
Yes, we do accept bulk or corporate orders! Please email nomnomchiffon@gmail.com with your event details, quantity, and delivery date, and we’ll get back to you shortly.

Walk-in Purchase
We are a home-based bakery and do not accept walk-ins. All cakes are freshly baked to order and must be pre-booked online.

Change My Order After Payment
Changes to delivery/collection date or cake flavours must be requested at least 1 week in advance. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes due to the nature of our production schedule.

Can I collect the cake on a later date than confirmed?
No, strictly not allowed. All cakes must be collected or delivered on the confirmed date stated in your order. As a home-based bakery, we have limited fridge space and are unable to store cakes overnight. Please ensure the selected date matches your celebration needs before placing your order.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, all orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

When you confirm your order, a dedicated bake slot is reserved just for you — which means we may have to turn away other interested customers for that date.

Each cake is freshly baked to order, with careful planning that begins days in advance — from sourcing ingredients to preparing materials and scheduling production. As a small home-based bakery, every slot matters.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes made outside the permitted timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and support for small-batch, handcrafted baking.
