While the average chiffon cake stands at around 7cm, ours reach an impressive 10cm in height. Why does this matter? A taller cake means a fluffier, lighter texture — exactly what chiffon cakes are loved for.

We specially import our chiffon cake moulds from Japan. Their taller structure allows our cakes to rise beautifully, creating that signature soft, cloud-like bite in every slice.
