By placing an order with Nom Nom Chiffon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.



1. Product & Design

• All cakes are handmade and may differ slightly in design, colour, and finish from sample photos.

• Photos on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes only.

• We reserve the right to make design adjustments without prior notice, especially for seasonal or rotating flavours.



2. Ingredients & Allergens

• Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including eggs, dairy, wheat (gluten), soy, and nuts.

• While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are allergen-free.



3. Fruits & Toppings

• Fruit toppings and decorative elements are subject to availability and seasonality.

• The final look of your cake may differ depending on the fruits available at the time of baking.

4. Customise Cake Option

 • By choosing the “Customise Cake”, you allow the baker full creative freedom over the design.

• No refunds or exchanges will be made based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the surprise design.



5. Storage & Consumption

• Cakes are best consumed on the day of collection/delivery.

• Please keep your cake refrigerated and allow 30 minutes at room temperature before serving for optimal taste and texture.

• We are not liable for quality deterioration due to improper storage after collection or delivery.



6. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.

• Please review your order details carefully before payment. Once confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed.



7. Refunds & Complaints

• We do not offer refunds for subjective matters such as design, colour tone, sweetness level, or overall taste preference.

• If you experience a major issue (e.g. wrong flavour or damaged item), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs.

• All refund or replacement decisions are at our sole discretion.



8. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery

• Delivery is fulfilled by a third-party courier service. While we ensure all cakes leave our premises in good condition, Nom Nom Chiffon is not liable for any damage caused during transit.

• Please ensure someone is present at the delivery location during your selected time slot. Redelivery fees of $20 will apply if the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to:

• Incorrect delivery information

• No one available to receive the item

• Restricted access to the premises

• For condominiums, offices, and locations with restricted access, delivery may be made to the guardhouse, reception, or designated drop-off point.

• Hotel deliveries are strongly discouraged and made at the customer’s own risk. Please ensure someone is available to receive the item at the hotel lobby.


We Do Not Deliver To:

• Army camps and military bases

• Offshore islands (e.g. Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin)

• Airports and restricted airport zones

• Sentosa

• High-security government buildings

• Specific hospital wards (e.g. ICU, surgery wards)



Self-Collection (Pickup)

• Kindly be punctual for your scheduled pickup time.

• If you are unable to collect your cake personally, you may arrange your own courier or representative to collect it on your behalf. Please inform us in advance.

• Once the cake is handed over during pickup, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit or due to improper handling.
