Made with browned French butter, dark muscovado sugar, and 66% Caraibe Valrhona chocolate, every cube is rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The batter is aged for 24 hours to allow the flavours to deepen and meld for the best possible taste. A final touch of Maldon sea salt flakes is sprinkled into the centre dent to elevate the chocolate notes. Each bite may be small, but it packs a flavourful punch.
Note: Comes in two boxes, with 12 brownie cubes in each. Convenient for placing one tray on each side of your dessert table.
